Hey, Len! Why are you beepin'? Is this some crazy new invention you and Squiggy came up with?

Oh, hi Laverne! Yeah, me and Squig hooked up this machine to the phone so it can pick up calls while we're gone. We made it out of some old wires, a couple of record players, an old sock and some newspapers.

Don't let Allen Steckler know about it! (Shirl made me go out with him once.) Anyway, it's my turn to go grocery shoppin' tomorrow, and Shirley's gotta shampoo Boo Boo Kitty (don't ask), so I thought-- Beep!
